Althought it may feel hopeless to integrate the two, I'm here to challenge that it's very much within reach, and is absolutely necessary for our long-term wellbeing.
Tune in each week for engaging and thought-provoking content to help take things from powerless- to powerful!

President of Laugh to Live, LLC
Jeannine Luby believes strongly in the power of humor and laughter to help others and herself manage stress and cope with our “pain points” in life…that’s everything from being stuck in traffic to shooing a squirrel off your “squirrel-proof” bird feeder (Jeannine’s least favorite pastime), to bigger stressors like losing a loved one or living with an illness.
Touting the wellness benefits of laughter is what Jeannine does through her business, Laugh to Live. She began the business in 2006, while working in healthcare communications for Blue Cross of NEPA and left her “day job” in 2010 to pursue her business full time, offering interactive presentations using laughter yoga for conference break-out sessions, ice breakers, corporate wellness programs, retreats, banquets and many other types of gatherings.
In addition to leading laughter yoga, Jeannine has performed comedy improvisation and stand-up comedy for more than 20 years and now focuses on ladies’ night comedy events at wineries, other women-focused businesses and corporate events.
Today, Jeannine splits her time between Laugh to Live and her independent marketing communications work. She helps her clients with traditional and social media marketing strategies and website updates, creates content for social media, and writes blog articles and news releases.

Mi Explanation of Human Needs- Part 1
Monday Mar 28, 2022
Monday Mar 28, 2022
In this episode we explore human needs utilizing Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. I discuss my opinion on his theory, what slight changes I’ve made to better fit my own understanding of needs, and I even provide an assessment tool I’ve created to help us explore our own needs, how we’re doing at fulfilling them, and why we may be experiencing happiness or unhappiness in regards to them.
This is a two-part episode because humans are beautifully complicated and we deserve to dedicate the time to understanding our needs, and of course, how our career and workplace impacts them.
